I’m on the last stretch! Last week of Slim In 6! This is my motivation this week. I know I can do it!
I thought by the end of this program I would be able to do the moves without difficulty and follow along perfectly. Well, I was wrong. There were still moves that killed me and times when I have to do them slower than Debbie. Oh well, at least I got the workout I needed. I still sweated and I still burned!
But I DID IT!!!
Hmm… what’s next, you say? Turbo Fire, baby! I’m gonna burn the rest of my “pregnancy fat” using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)!!!
