As you know, I’ve been participating in a “Poem-A-Day Challenge” for about 2 weeks now. I think I stopped posting here on Day 9…but that’s because I’ve been busy.
I created another blog.
This new blog is special because it is purely and totally dedicated to poetry. I’ve decided to continue the challenge there. And my goal – even after the challenge – is to keep on writing at least one poem every day.

“Love Is Everything”
Love’s a sacrifice,
something sacred,
something to die for…
Love’s a reason,
something beautiful,
something we long for…
Love’s a song,
something deep,
something we hope for…
Love’s a fighter,
something quiet,
something we live for…
If Love can be anything
Then I’d like to believe
That there’s no such thing
as Hate in this world…
so…
Love is everything.
Hate is nothing.
I will definitely check that out, its one for me to follow closely in my lunch time at work!
