A popsicle in the hands of a child WILL get messy. And since they can't seem to ever remember how to use a napkin no matter how sticky they get... ...I had to come up with a solution ASAP. The future of all their wardobes depended on it. I thought, "there's gotta be a way to avoid all this sticky business - or at least minimize the inevitable clean up craziness after..." Then I had a flashback to when I was a little girl, holding a candle, with a round paper thing towards the bottom, right above where my hand held the candle. The purpose of the paper thing was to catch the hot, dripping, melting wax and prevent burns. Bingo. I need one of those.
